Support That Meets You Where You Are

Whether you’re seeking personal healing, professional growth, or deeper connection, my services are designed to meet a range of needs with warmth, insight, and authenticity.

My Therapy & Approach

Therapy and professional development aren’t just about fixing what’s broken, they’re about understanding yourself, your patterns, and your potential. Across all the services I offer, I lead with relational depth, emotional safety, and honest connection. I bring 30 years of clinical experience, but more than that, I bring presence. This work is personal, dynamic, and grounded in the belief that growth happens in the right relationship whether you’re a therapy client, clinician seeking supervision, or participant in Circlework.

Individual Therapy

Individual sessions are 50-60 minutes long and have been described as a warm and safe conversation all about you. During the first few appointments we’ll explore why you’re seeking therapy and what you want to get out of it. I’ll be listening for patterns, asking questions and we’ll be getting to know each other.  I recommend weekly sessions for maximum outcome and benefit. In-person and Telehealth appointments are available.

Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision is critical for the management of transference and countertransference within the therapeutic relationship. I provide a safe and warm space for clinicians to reflect upon their emotional responses to patients fostering self awareness and professional growth and leading to better patient care. Supervision sessions are 50-60 minutes long. In-person and Telehealth appointments are available.

Circlework

Circlework is a powerful blend of group therapy, spiritual connection, and feminine wisdom. These circles are sacred spaces to speak your truth, receive support, and honor the deep strength that comes from gathering in community. We meet to share, reflect, and connect—heart to heart and story to story. Offerings are announced throughout the year.

Professional Development Coaching

Coaching sessions offer guidance and direction for career progression. Through this 1:1 time, clinicians gain a deeper understanding of their strengths, weaknesses, values, motivations, and self-limiting beliefs (imposter syndrome). Increased self-awareness contributes to greater confidence, better decision-making and ultimately better patient care. Other areas of focus include: work/life balance, transition to private practice and retirement.

Let’s see if we’re the right fit.
